Pig Launchers & Receivers

Custom-engineered barrel-type and kicker-type pig launcher and receiver assemblies for onshore and offshore pipeline systems. Designed to ASME B31.4/B31.8. Full range of nominal bore from 2" to 60", rated to pipeline design pressure. Includes isolation valves, barred tees, and closure doors.

Pipeline Pig Trap Assemblies

Complete pig trap assemblies including closure mechanisms, pressure equalization systems, and kicker bypasses. Available in carbon steel, stainless steel, and duplex materials. Compliant with PED, ASME, and API standards.

Magnetic Pig Signalers (Hi-T Magalert)

Passive and active magnetic pig passage indicators for detection of pig location in pipelines. ATEX-certified versions for use in hazardous area pipeline routes. Provides reliable pig passage confirmation without pipeline intrusion.

Flame & Detonation Arresters

In-line and end-of-line flame arresters and detonation arresters to ISO 16852 for vapour and gas pipelines. End connections from 1/2" to 24" in NPT and flanged. Materials in carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium alloy.

Hose & Flame Arrester Assemblies

Stainless steel flexible hose assemblies with integral flame arrester elements for low-pressure vent and vapour recovery applications. Pre-assembled and factory-tested.

Pressure Vessels & Static Equipment

Custom-designed pressure vessels, separators, scrubbers, and filter vessels to ASME VIII / PED. Design, fabrication, PWHT, NDE, and third-party inspection all managed in-house.
