V61 Series — Direct Operated Solenoid Valves
Direct operated 2/2 and 3/2 way solenoid valves for air, water, and light oil service. Port sizes G1/8 to G1/2, operating pressure 0–10 bar, available in brass and stainless steel bodies. Standard coil voltages 24 VDC, 110 VAC, and 230 VAC. IP65 protection as standard, with IP67 variants available. Suitable for general industrial, water treatment, and pneumatic control applications.
V62 Series — Pilot Operated Solenoid Valves
Pilot operated 5/2 and 5/3 way solenoid valves for double-acting cylinder control. Available in single and double solenoid configurations, port sizes G1/8 and G1/4, with sub-base or inline mounting. High Cv flow rates in a compact body. Ideal for controlling pneumatic actuators in automated process and packaging systems. ATEX-certified versions available for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas.
SXE Series — High Performance Manifold Valves
High-performance 5/2 and 5/3 way solenoid valves with ISO 5599-2 sub-base interface for manifold mounting. Fast response times, high flow capacity, and low power consumption. Suitable for high-cycle pneumatic automation systems and machine builders requiring valve island architectures. Individual or manifold block mounting configurations with fieldbus connectivity options.
Herion Process Solenoid Valves
Stainless steel-bodied solenoid valves for aggressive media, process gases, and high-pressure applications. ATEX/IECEx-certified for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas — suitable for Oil & Gas wellhead control, compressor station utilities, and chemical process service. DN4 to DN50 sizes, with FPM and PTFE seal options for chemical resistance.
ISO 15552 Pneumatic Cylinders
Double-acting pneumatic cylinders to ISO 15552 standard (formerly DIN/ISO 6431). Bore sizes from 32 mm to 320 mm, strokes to 2000 mm standard with extended stroke on request. Aluminium barrel with hard-anodised bore, stainless steel piston rod, and adjustable end cushioning. Wide accessory range including foot mounts, flange mounts, clevis brackets, rod eyes, and magnetic proximity switches.
Compact & Roundline Cylinders
Compact cylinders to ISO 21287 and roundline cylinders to ISO 6432 for space-constrained automation. Bore sizes from 8 mm to 100 mm. Double-acting with internal magnets for position sensing. Suitable for clamping, pressing, pick-and-place, and positioning applications where standard ISO 15552 cylinders are too large. Lintra rodless cylinder range available for long-stroke transport applications up to 7 m.
